A 2019 survey reported that most of us have the support of an executive committee. And yet, respondents reported that management buy-in is still our biggest challenge. What obstacles are causing that discrepancy? This presentation will describe the opportunity we took to re-evaluate the efficiency and value of the traditional records steering committee and suggest a new method to secure management support.
