"The 7 Habits of a RIM Program"

The discussion examines a strategic model for a sustainable Records and Information Management program.   The 7-step model is an essentials RIM suite of program foundation, business engagement, and program maturity. 

Dave Foley is the Director of Information and Records Management at ONEOK, a Fortune 200 midstream oil and gas company,  where he is building a state of the art RIM Program.  He has an extensive Information Governance and Information Technology background.  His decades of experience include leading complex technology departments for an international financial services company and having many roles in a highly respected RIM program for a multinational energy company.   Dave’s strong leadership is characterized by a spirit of giving back and sharing with others.  He recently pioneered a RIM Peer Roundtable for RIM professionals to apply knowledge and converse openly about successes and challenges in an atmosphere of trust and support.  Notable is his knowledge sharing and involvement with regional ARMA chapters.  Dave is the incoming chapter president for ARMA Tulsa.  An outdoor enthusiast, he enjoys hiking, biking, and flying airplanes with his wife and two dogs.
