Mr. Walker is a seasoned eDiscovery and trial services professional with a proven track record of success managing people, projects and processes across the EDRM. Mark has been on the forefront of some of the largest and most complex technology projects anywhere.

Mr. Walker has nearly twenty years of experience in e-Discovery. Before working for iControl ESI, Mr. Walker worked with DSi, Forensics Consulting Solutions, Jackson Walker, LLP, and Susman Godfrey, LLP. During his career, Mr. Walker has developed the first in-house litigation support department, directed a firm-wide application of litigation support technology, and designed workflows around, and analysis of ESI.

Mr. Walker has authored books on discovery and litigation support, such as “Paralegal Practice Guide: Discovery Skills ‐ Using Technology” and “Paralegal Practice Guide: Preparing For and Assisting at Trial - Defendants Edition.” Additionally, he has put his expertise to use in litigation involving many of the world’s largest corporations, including Halliburton, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), CVS, Hospital Corporation of America, Intel, Dow Chemical, Miller Beer, SAP, AMD, Raytheon, Georgia Pacific, Exxon, Phillip Morris, Bristol Myers, Texas Instruments and Xerox, just to name a few.
