Wendy McLain, MLIS, CRM
Wendy McLain, MLIS, CRM, has 30+; years of experience in records and information governance in government, petrochemical, engineering, and healthcare. In partnership with IT, Legal, Compliance, and other stakeholders, she drives ongoing compliance, synergies, and process improvements. Wendy believes experienced professionals have a duty to give back through volunteerism and mentoring. She has served in local and international roles throughout her career, including committee member, committee chair, regent, director, and president for organizations such as ICRM and ARMA. She enjoys sharing advice and encouragement with the next generation of professionals as they begin to navigate the challenging world of RIM/IG.
