As Founder / CEO of ECM Today! McClellan has over 35 years of experience in the Electronic Content Management business providing Scanning / Conversion Services and a full range of Enterprise Content Management Services including Workflow and Eforms, Application Integration, Business Process Outsourcing, and more recently Robotic Process Outsourcing and Artificial Intelligence to clients throughout the US and Caribbean. He has designed and implemented ECM solutions for companies large and small in Education, Government, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Manufacturing.
McClellan graduated from Austin College with a BA in Communication Arts and Music and an MA in Education and received an M.F.A in theatre design form the University of Texas at Austin.
